Easy Oxtail Soup

Ingredients: * 1 kilogram oxtail * 4 big potatoes * 1 onion * 2 tablespoons soy sauce * 2 tablespoons korean chili powder * 2 tablespoons oil * 5 cups * 1/4 cup chopped spring onion * optionally * 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

Add oil and onions to a large skillet over medium heat. Stir periodically until the onions start to turn golden.

Stir together the water, oxtail, potatoes, soybean paste, and chili powder. Braise for three hours on the lowest heat setting with a lid on. Occasionally stir, and when necessary, add extra water.

Add spring onions, mix in the balsamic vinegar (optional), and serve.
